“You must be the change you wish to see in the world”. -Mahatma Ghandi
Scholarship Program
Nueva Esperanza’s signature program, through the generous hearts of private citizens, we provide families’ tuition and fees to financially support 12 Hispanic high school students at a north side parochial school. Additionally, we provide each student with the same academic resources as we do the neighborhood schools. We have adopted a culture at Nueva Esperanza that insists that if we offer each student all the necessary tools for academic success then that student will meet or exceed all expectations made of him or her.
“All of your scholarship, all your study of Shakespeare and Wordsworth would be vain if at the same time you did not build your character and attain mastery over your thoughts and your actions.” Mahatma Gandhi
