Community Development
As part of our scholarship program, students need to complete 40 hours of community service every school year. Our center is also a place where students from any high school can come and complete their “service learning” hours.
Career Development
Career Development is a program designed to expose high school students to various careers. Nueva Esperanza invites Hispanic professionals to share their stories about their careers. All the speakers have a college background and all agree to make themselves available as mentors, should a student want to pursue the same line of work.
